These terms govern your use of ENGRYN — the web app at app.engryn.com, the desktop app and the APIs — provided by ENGRYN LLC, Švitrigailos g. 34, Vilnius, LT-03230, Lithuania ("ENGRYN", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
1. The service
ENGRYN is an autonomous software engineering agent. It performs the work you request — reading and changing code, running commands and tests, browsing the web, querying data sources and opening pull requests — inside isolated, temporary machines created for each session.
During early access, accounts are granted by invitation. Features and limits may change.
2. Account and organization
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your credentials, connected devices (including the desktop app) and all activity under your account.
On team plans the organization owns the plan and the credits; owners and admins manage members and shared resources.
3. Plans, credits and payments
Plans include monthly credits, consumed by AI model processing and machine time according to the current rates shown in the app. More capable models consume more credits.
Plan credits renew each period and do not roll over. Extra credits are valid for 12 months. Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law.
When credits run out the service pauses until you buy more or change plans; there are no overage charges without your authorization.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Price changes for active subscriptions are announced at least 30 days in advance.
4. Your content and the output
You keep all rights to the code, data and files you provide and to the output ENGRYN produces for you. You grant us only the license needed to operate the service.
We do not use your content to train AI models.
Output is AI-generated and may contain mistakes. Review it before using it in production.
5. Integrations and credentials
Connecting repositories, databases, MCP servers or other services authorizes ENGRYN to access them within the granted scope. Use least-privilege credentials. Secrets are stored server-side and only provided to sessions as environment variables.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use ENGRYN for illegal activity, malware, unauthorized intrusion or security testing, spam, infringing third-party rights, cryptocurrency mining, circumventing technical or billing limits, or reselling access without a written agreement. We may suspend sessions or accounts that violate these terms.
7. Availability
During early access the service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees; SLAs exist only in Enterprise contracts. Idle sessions sleep automatically and their workspaces are restored on resume.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ENGRYN's total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for indirect damages or for data loss caused by actions executed at your request. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
9. Termination, changes and law
You can close your account at any time. We may update these terms with advance notice of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
